A brilliant athlete. Quick and mobile with no shortage of skill makes him an outstanding wing back. Often moved to midfield or sweeper to great effect especially in the County semi final win over the Silvermines.

The link man between defense and attack for Clonakenny Moneygall. Covers every blade of grass on the pitch and is always available to take a pass from a teammate under pressure.
Cillian Toohey,Unsung hero of the Clonakenny Moneygall team.Constantly hooking and blocking.He’s a tireless worker who never knows the meaning of a lost cause.

A horse and hound of a man. Brilliant in the air under puckout which makes him a real threat to opposition. Brings a huge work rate to the half forward line which gave Gortnahoe Glengoole a platform in games.

A sign of a great forward is he can play in any of the 6 positions,that’s young Laffan. A wristy hurler with great hands and touch. Came to the fore against Mullinahone and chipped in with 3 vital points from play.

An extremely versatile player. Played mostly in the half forward line for Gortnahoe Glengoole but also lined out a half back, midfield or in full forward. A very composed player with a great work ethic. Came to the fore against Silvermines in the county semi final to win the game with 2 long range points.

Can play anywhere in the forward line. Very accurate from both placed balls and open play. Always a goal threat,a big future ahead of him if he keeps doing what he is currently doing.

Carried over his excellent form from his Munster and All Ireland winning campaign with Tipperary to his club. Lined out in the county league final 24 hours after the All Ireland final win and top scored with 2:08.
